e) Sales rep commission is 33% of money collected upfront and is paid when paid funds clear our bank, i.e. each time you return to the
customer and collect any payment upfront, you receive 33% of that payment. This is to encourage you as sales to keep close contact
with your clients offering superb customer relations. Time payments can only be made with either automated bank or credit card
withdrawal. At the time payment is cleared by our bank we direct deposit to your bank account, we do not write or mail checks.

Yellow Page's First Listing - AAA-4.com
Yellow Pages advertising is a big ticket item, available only in US.

a) First Listing is "first place incolumn phone book listing", includes both the yellow pages and white pages. There are three (3)
listings:
#1 The very first front "A" page in the white pages,
#2 The very first alphabetical order listing in the white pages,
#3 The very first top alphabetical order in the Yellow page category.
GooglerTV can only make one client first in Yellow Page category at one time, this is first come first serve being there is only room for
one business to have first place, e.g. if you were a lawyer wanting "first listing" located in Huntington Beach, CA, this city is the "North
Orange County" yellow pages phone book, only one lawyer can be a "first place listing", as the other attorney would be " 2nd place".
NOTE: the four big yellow pages advertising catagory headings are:
#1 Plumbing, #2 Lawyer, #3 Bailbonds, #4 Auto.
These categories presently spend over $12,000 a month per each full yellow page ad. Advertising is both important and expensive,
provides "First Listing", bringing better results at 1/4 this cost.
AAA-4.com also provides a one page .com TV webpage, for your client to play internet TV commercials. This .com one page website is
listed in the yellow and white pages as well, so when readers look in their phone book, they easily see they can visit the business
online they are searching for.

b) Your job begins signing-up a current yellow page advertiser client whom wishes to be listed first place in three main key headings in
their phone book. The processing/registration fee is $2500 non re-fundable per category license, you receive immediate 33%
commission. NOTE: You are your own contractor responsible for your own taxes, etc.

c) GooglerTV prefers working with seasoned sales persons whom are also hobbyist with either creative writing and/or photography.
GooglerTV contracts and produces internet TV commercials, there may be more paid work for your writing and/or photography. You
take part in the "processing follow up", any walk-in communication with your local yellow page phone book company, and assisting in
receiving photography and back ground information from your client business, as each may be required to place the advertising client
in first place listing.

d) The advertising client pays $2400 upfront processing fee, a monthly fee as explained below, and one dollar per website hit and
phone call. You receive 33% commission from your client payments.
Only one client license per area per listing: our suggested venders are:

e) Each license is for a term of 12 months from the date the phone book is published. The client may cancel contract at anytime
giving 30 days notice in writing. GooglerTV maintains ownership of listed phone number and .com domain, which allows you to re-sale
the contract to another client.

f) NOTE: If you fail to receive required information from your advertising client as needed, and if GooglerTV is required to do your
expected work (for any reason) GooglerTV will be entitled to receive all future contracts with your client and may assign a second new
sales representative to replace you the original sales representative to your client, with no additional commission payments due to
you.

g) Each First Listing phone book sale is a "first come first receive" basis, if another sale is closed before your client closes then your
sale is not possible for that specific license, being GooglerTV may only place one client in first listing per phone book category.
